WELCOME TO LAUGHING COWS

Here’s the promo video I made for Laughing Cows Comedy Night which regularly showcases some of the best female comedy talent out there such as Barbara Nice, Isy Suttie (of Peep Show fame), Jo Enright, Ava Vidal, Shazia Mirza, Janey Godley and Mandy Muden. It’s well worth a visit.

MANCHESTER FOOD & DRINK FESTIVAL 8TH OCT 2010

Here’s a short video I made of mine and my friend Doovd’s visit to Manchester Food & Drink Festival  to see some free bands on the All FM stage. Acts included Girl Peculiar, Ed Blaney (former manager of The Fall) and The James Lewis Band. We also entered some competitions and sampled some Robinsons ales, Chocolate Tom was my favourite whereas Doovd preferred Ginger Tom but the gingeryness got too much after a while. The festival is on until October 11th. During the day it’s a good opportunity to see some chef demos and get free food!

SPEAKERS CORNER, PLATT FIELDS 25TH SEPTEMBER 2010

For one day only the Friends of Platt Fields invited people to get on their soapbox and air their views. My friend Dave and I spent a little time there before dashing off to Didsbury Arts Festival. Here’s a bit of what happened.
