Kino to hold Northwest Short Film Showcase at 3 Minute Theatre

On Tuesday 20th November Kino will host a Northwest Short Film Showcase at the 3 Minute Theatre, in Affleck’s Palace, Manchester. We’ve still got some gaps in the schedule for this show so if you’re a local film maker, you’ve made a film in the last 12 months that’s shorter than 20 minutes and you’re just itching to get it screened somewhere here’s your chance. As a film maker you may also wish to take part in a Q&A about your film on the night. If you want to submit a film for this show you best get your skates on and contact jonkino@me.com.

This night will be in the usual Kino style and we will feature short Q&A’s with the filmmakers after each film when the filmmaker is available.
For those who love our nights at the Black Lion, fear not, we will be there on the 14th November with a special themed event from the Kino back catalogue (details to be announced soon).

We are also looking for Animated shorts and Music Videos for a forthcoming Kino event, get in touch if your are interested to tell us about your work.

Lastly, watch out for news of the return of the Kinofilm Manchester International Film Festival, making a return to our screens next Spring. Call for entries to the festival to be announced soon, Keep an eye on our Kinofilm Facebook page for details – COMING SOON.
